How this looks in SuperYou

How to

  1. 1Open Lead forms from Your apps (/orbit/apps/leadforms).
  2. 2Tap create. Work through the wizard: cover, questions, theme, and what happens after submit.
  3. 3Add at least one way to contact the person — email is the usual default.
  4. 4Save as Draft to keep editing, or Publish when you are ready to take responses.
  5. 5From the list, add the form to Store so it appears on your public page.

Published vs draft

Drafts are only in Orbit. Published forms can be opened from your page or a direct form link. You can unpublish later without deleting responses.

Templates

If you have a template code, paste it on the lead forms dashboard to import a copy as a draft, then customize it.

Free plan can collect up to 50 leads. Elite unlocks unlimited leads via lead forms.

Keep the first screen short. You can ask more on later questions.
