How to
- 1Publish the form from Lead forms.
- 2On the forms list, choose Add to store (or add a form block from Store and pick that form).
- 3Give the block a title that matches the offer, not just “Form”.
- 4Drag it near the top of Store. Share your SuperYou URL and, if you use Auto DM, put the same URL in the DM.
Direct form links
Forms also have a public URL (/forms/... or /lf/...). Use that when you want people to skip the rest of the bio page — for example a story sticker that should only collect emails.
One featured form per campaign. Extra forms can live lower on the page.
If the block title is empty, SuperYou falls back to the form name.
