Connect Instagram
Auto DM needs a connected Instagram account. Link it once, then every automation can send from that inbox.

How to
- 1Open AutoDM under Your apps (
/orbit/apps/autodm). - 2Tap Connect Instagram and follow Meta’s login. Use a professional or creator account that can manage messages.
- 3Grant the permissions SuperYou requests for comments and DMs. Without them, automations cannot reply.
- 4When the account appears as connected, create your first automation.
Which Instagram account
Connect the account whose comments you want to turn into DMs — usually the one in your public bio. Elite plans can connect more than one account.
If connect fails
Confirm you can open Instagram DMs in the app, that the account is not locked in a checkpoint, and that you accepted all requested permissions. Then retry connect.
Free plan includes unlimited Auto DMs on reels and posts. Stories, lives, and extra accounts are on Elite.
Reconnect if you change the Instagram password or revoke the app from Meta settings.
